How to upload by drag and drop in the Desktop App

Not everything belongs in a sync folder. Dragging a file onto the window puts it in the folder you are looking at, and the menu bar does the same without opening the window at all.
- 1 Drag a file onto the desktop app window; it lands in the folder you are viewing.
- 2 Drag a whole selection the same way and watch progress as they go up.
- 3 Carry on with something else while the upload runs.
- 4 Use Upload File in the menu bar to do the same without opening the window.
- 5 Find the files in your workspace, on the web and on every other device.
Not everything belongs in a sync folder. Sometimes you just want one file up there, now.
Drag it onto the window. That’s it. It goes to the folder you’re looking at.
A whole selection works the same way. Progress shows as they go up, and you can carry on doing something else.
Don’t want to open the window? The menu bar has Upload File, which does the same thing from wherever you are.
When it finishes, you get a notification. And the files are in your workspace, on the web and on every other device.
