Your workflows make files. Give them a home.
Attachments, invoices, reports, exports. The dosya.dev node for n8n files each one in the right folder and hands back a share link, without a line of code.

n8n beside dosya.dev, with a few of the apps an n8n workflow can take files from or send links to.
Three workflows to import today
Each one is a file you import into n8n. Pick your workspace and folder, and it runs.
Archive email attachments
Every email with attachments has its files saved to the folder you choose. Your inbox stops being the filing cabinet.
Store and share a document
An invoice, contract or report is stored, a 7-day link is created, and the link is emailed instead of a heavy attachment.
Create a folder for every client
A form, CRM or checkout posts the customer and their folder appears, named after them. Run it twice and you still have one folder.
What the node can do
Five actions, named as you will see them in n8n's node panel. Workspaces and folders are picked from a list by name, so you never copy an ID by hand.
- Upload a file Saves a file from any earlier step into the folder you pick, keeping its name. Files up to 50 MB are checksummed, and larger ones are sent in parts.
- Download a file Brings a file into your workflow for the next step to attach, convert or forward.
- Get many files Lists a folder or the top of a workspace, with sizes, types, versions and dates, every page of it.
- Create a folder Makes a folder, or returns the one that already has that name, so a rerun never duplicates it.
- Create a share link Links to a file or a whole folder, with an expiry date, an access code or view-only mode.
Connected in four steps
The node signs in with an API key from Profile › API keys. Pin the key to one workspace to keep the rest out of reach.
n8n-nodes-dosya - 1 Install the node In n8n, open Settings, then Community Nodes, choose Install and enter n8n-nodes-dosya.
- 2 Create an API key In dosya.dev, open Profile, then API keys. Choose Full access, leave the folder anchor empty, and name it n8n so you can find it later.
- 3 Connect your account In n8n, add a dosya.dev API credential and paste the key. n8n checks it straight away. Your dosya.dev password is never entered.
- 4 Import a workflow Import one of the ready-made workflows, pick your workspace and folder from the lists, and run it.
Built for workflows that run every day
No duplicates
A retried upload is recognised, an existing folder is reused, and a file with the same name becomes its next version instead of a copy.
Every byte checked
Files up to 50 MB carry a checksum that is verified on arrival, and larger files go up in parts. Names keep their accents, spaces and symbols.
Errors that say what to do
A revoked key, a missing permission or a full plan each fail with a plain sentence and the fix, not a status code.
Good to know
What happens if a workflow uploads a file that already exists?
A file with the same name in the same folder becomes a new version of it, and the earlier versions stay in its history. You do not end up with copies called "file (1)".
Can a retried run create duplicates?
No. When n8n retries an upload in the same run, dosya.dev recognises it and returns the first upload instead of storing it again. Creating a folder reuses an existing one, and a share link is never created twice by an automatic retry.
Which files can my workflows reach?
Whatever the API key can reach. Pin the key to one workspace when you create it to keep your other workspaces out of reach, and delete the key on the same page to cut access immediately.
Is there a size limit?
The node handles large files by sending them in parts. Your plan, a workspace setting or the key can cap the size of a single file, and a full plan stops uploads with a message that says how much you are using and how to make room.
What does it cost?
The node is free and works on every plan, including Free, which comes with 5 GB. On Free, up to 5 share links can be active at a time and each lasts up to 7 days. Paid plans add storage and lift those link limits.
Does it work on n8n Cloud?
n8n Cloud offers community nodes once n8n has verified them. Until the dosya.dev node is verified, use it on self-hosted n8n.
Can I delete or move files from n8n?
Not with this first release, which uploads, downloads, lists, creates folders and creates share links. n8n's built-in S3 node can delete files through dosya.dev's S3-compatible access in the meantime.
