Browser extension

Right-click. It is in your folder.

Images, selected text and screenshots go straight from the page you are reading into a dosya folder you picked once. No downloads folder in between.

Not on Chrome? Chrome Firefox Edge Safari

Free with any dosya account, including the free plan.

Pick the folder once

Set a default folder and every save goes there. Two clicks in the popup sends the next one somewhere else.

Close the tab, it still finishes

A 50 MB capture on a slow line keeps uploading after the popup and the source tab are gone. A browser restart resumes it rather than starting again.

A link, straight away

The popup lists your last ten saves. Copy a share link for any of them without opening the web app.

Two hosts. No analytics. No third parties.

The extension only ever talks to api.dosya.dev and app.dosya.dev, and only when you ask it to save something.

Questions

Do I need a dosya account?

Yes, and the free plan is enough. The extension saves into your own folders.

Is it the same extension on every browser?

One codebase, built per target. Chrome and Edge run the identical package; Firefox and Safari differ only where the browser forces it.

How big a file can it save?

Up to 50 MB per capture. The upload runs in the background, so you can close the popup and the tab you saved from.

Why did it ask for permission on one site?

Some sites block the extension from reading an image directly. Only then does it ask for access to that one site, at the moment you save. Decline and that single save fails with an explanation.
