Thousands of apps. One home for your files.
From inboxes to CRMs, connect dosya.dev to the tools you already use with Zapier, and move files between them without writing code.
A few of the 8,000+ apps on Zapier. Every one of them can read from and write to dosya.dev.
Three you can build in a minute
File every invoice attachment the moment it arrives
Gmail's New Attachment trigger, then Upload File into a folder named after the sender. Nobody drags anything.
Tell the channel when a deliverable lands
New File in Folder, then a Slack message. It fires for an rclone sync and an SFTP drop just as it does for a browser upload.
Give every closed deal a folder and an upload link
A deal reaches the won stage, then Find or Create Folder and Create File Request. The client gets a link that needs no account.
What dosya.dev gives Zapier
Triggers start a Zap, actions are steps a Zap runs, and searches look something up mid-Zap. These are the exact names you will see in Zapier's step picker.
- New File Fires the moment a file lands in a workspace, however it arrived: the web app, the desktop app, rclone, an S3 client, SFTP or WebDAV. Overwriting an existing file does not count as new.
- New File in Folder The same, narrowed to one folder, for when only part of a workspace should drive a Zap.
- Share Link Accessed Fires when someone opens one of your share links. It tells you the link was opened, which is not the same as the file being read.
- Upload File Puts a file from any other Zapier app into a dosya folder.
- Upload File From URL Hands dosya a URL and lets it do the fetching, so a large file never has to travel through the Zap.
- Create Folder Makes a folder, nested wherever you point it.
- Create Share Link Creates a public link for a file or folder, with an optional access code and expiry.
- Create File Request Creates an upload link that someone outside your team can use without an account.
- Find a File Looks a file up by name, across a workspace or inside one folder.
- Find a Folder Looks a folder up by its exact name. Zapier also offers it as Find or Create Folder, which makes the folder when it is missing.
Triggers fire for a file however it arrived, so a sync from rclone, a drop over SFTP and a drag into the browser all start the same Zap.
It is invite-only, for now
The integration is built and running, but it is not yet listed in Zapier's public directory, so searching for it there will not find it. The invite link below adds it to your Zapier account directly. It works on any Zapier plan, including the free one.
- 1 Create an API key In dosya.dev, open Profile › API keys and make one. Zapier asks for it the first time you add a dosya.dev step.
- 2 Open the invite link It adds dosya.dev to the app list in your own Zapier account. Nobody else sees it there.
- 3 Build the Zap Pick a trigger, pick what happens next, and turn it on. Zapier watches for you; there is nothing to install and nothing to keep running.
Prefer to wire it yourself?
Zapier is the no-code route. Everything it does runs on the same public API, and dosya.dev also speaks S3, WebDAV and SFTP if you would rather skip the middleman.
