How to share a file with a link
Upload a file, generate a link, and send it to anyone. They need no account, and you can put a password, a view-only rule or a download cap on the link before it goes out.
- 1 Open Upload, then drag files in or browse for them.
- 2 Follow progress in the upload dock while you carry on working.
- 3 Back in Files, right-click the file and choose Share, or use the share button on the card.
- 4 Choose By link, then open Advanced options to set a password, view-only access or a download limit.
- 5 Generate the link, copy it, and send it to anyone.
So, this is your workspace. Folders, files, previews. Everything’s in one place.
Open any folder to look inside. See that? Images get thumbnails automatically.
One click, and you’re back at the top.
