How to see who opened your share link

Every share link keeps its own record: how many times it was opened, how many downloads it produced, and where each open came from. Here is where to find it, and how to shut a link off the moment you want to.
- 1 Open Shared in the sidebar and click the link you want to check.
- 2 Read the chart at the top: first opens and downloads, plotted over time.
- 3 Scroll to the access log for when each open happened, and from where.
- 4 Use the link controls to add a password or cap the number of downloads.
- 5 Press Revoke to kill the link. It stops working immediately.

Need to tighten things up? The quick controls are right here. Add a password, cap the downloads.
And if it’s time to close the door, Revoke. The link is dead immediately.
