How to set workspace limits and security policies

A workspace can carry its own rules: size caps, allowed file types, forced passwords on share links, and IP or country restrictions. They apply to everyone in the workspace, on every client.
- 1 Open Settings, then Limits, for maximum file size, storage per member, and a total cap.
- 2 Set the allowed and blocked file types, for example blocking executables.
- 3 Open Security to force a password on every share link, or disable public links altogether.
- 4 Set the session timeout, a download rate limit, and IP or country lists.
- 5 Save; the rules apply to everyone in the workspace, on every client.
A workspace can have rules. Let’s set some.
Open Settings. Under Limits: max file size, storage per member, and a total cap.
Allowed and blocked file types. Say, no executables.
Under Security: force a password on every share link. Or disable public links altogether.
Session timeout, a download rate limit, and IP or country lists.
