How to create a workspace and choose its data region

A workspace keeps projects, teams and data apart, and its region decides where the files physically live. There are 46 to choose from, and the choice is permanent, which is the point of making it.
- 1 Open the workspace switcher and choose New workspace, then name it.
- 2 Choose the region where the files will physically live.
- 3 Pick the region closest to you, or the one your rules require, from the 46 available.
- 4 Create the workspace; the region is fixed from here on and cannot be changed later.
- 5 Switch between workspaces any time from the top left.
