Built around how your organisation works.
The same storage platform, shaped to the way different organisations share files, control access and prove compliance.
For Business
Enterprise file storage for teams. Manage large files, share securely and collaborate with AES-256 encryption and full audit logs.
For Education
File storage for schools and universities. Share course materials, collect student submissions and store research data.
Who each setup is for
Business teams
A business workspace is one shared place for every file the team touches: renders, contracts, datasets, exports. People join by invitation and get a role, so a contractor can upload deliverables without seeing the finance folder, and a client can view a gallery without being able to delete it.
Every action is written to the audit log, which is what a compliance review or a "who deleted this" question needs. Share links carry passwords, expiry dates and download caps, and file requests let clients send you material without an account. On an Enterprise agreement you add SSO and a signed data processing agreement.
On paid plans there is no per-seat price: you pay for storage, and the whole team uses it.

Departments, labs and courses each get their own workspace, so a research group's raw data never mixes with a course's slide decks. Lecturers publish materials through view-only links that need no student account, and collect submissions through file requests that land in a private folder, and a request sent to named recipients shows who each upload came from.
Institutions with residency rules choose the storage location when a workspace is created, from 46 regions, and that choice cannot drift afterwards. Version history keeps a file's earlier drafts on every plan, which settles most disputes about which file was handed in when. On Free, versions older than 7 days are pruned.

- Every feature is on every paid size; sizes differ only in storage. Free starts at 5 GB with its own usage limits.
- Source-available code for the web app, desktop client and CLI, so your security team can read the client code they are trusting.
- Encryption at rest and in transit, plus the optional Vault for zero-knowledge folders where only your people hold the keys.
- 46 storage regions with no egress fees, so getting your data back out costs nothing.
- Desktop and mobile apps, a CLI, and WebDAV, SFTP, S3 and rclone access for the tools you already run.
- Roles, permissions and an audit log on every workspace, not only on the top tier.
How to choose
Pick by how people arrive. If most of them are staff who should have accounts and roles, start with the business setup. If most of them are students, clients or the public, who should receive links and send files without signing up, start with the education setup and lean on view-only links and file requests. Both run on the same platform, so a school's administration office can use the business pattern in the same account.
Working solo or in a small creative studio? Start with a photographer's storage and delivery workflow: size your archive, keep an independent backup and check the files a client downloads.
Where the data has to live decides the region, and that is chosen per workspace. If you need SSO, a signed DPA, private nodes or a named account manager, talk to us about Enterprise.
